About the Business

OSL provides sales solutions for clients that include some of North America’s largest and most recognizable brands. Their speciality is bridging brands and customers, which they accomplish by finding the right people to enhance each client’s marketing, sales and retail strategies.

The IT department for OSL handles the mobile needs of the corporate office as well as over 1,400 employees in the field. This includes managing 30 to 60 new hires every week. 

Prior to partnering with Simplex, the IT department used the Bell portal to assign and organize phone lines and used an Excel spreadsheet for tracking. This system made it incredibly difficult to onboard new employees and accurately track usage for specific mobile phones.

OSL initially partnered with Simplex at the corporate level. When that relationship was a success, they expanded to implement Simplex’s services to manage employee mobile devices being used in the field.
